Hello, sorry for my english

I have a Hitachi hard drive model HDS721032CLA362 with an error of heads.

I bought a spare hard disk with the same characteristics.

I replaced their heads and the bios of their pcb but when trying to enter the hitachi application I get the following error:

HDD ID has not been read.
ERROR: Device error detected "ABR"
Run utility?

Does anybody know how i can solve this? Any idea is welcome!

yes!
maybe a FW problem
run the utility and choose the family manually
and go from there to examine the problem

Deselect “PCB only start” when opening utility

I replaced their heads and the bios of their pcb

now that's a bad move, patient disk won't start with donor's 'bios'
