But 28 35.bin (g list Translator File ) ATI [dir ] mode not read / terminal mode also try not read

any other way old 28/35 files backup

Or Any Solution

It seems like 35 can not be recovered manually

Did you check your heads? Are they ok?

Try to read 28 and 35 by separate copies with error ingnoring (read by one sector checkbox) in sysfile reading tab. If it fails, you'll propably have to restore defects and translator manually.
