Hello,
I want to buy " PC-3000 SAS " for one of my customers, he lost his data over power outage,
First I need to be sure if PC-3000 SAS does support Seagate 2.5" 12Gb/s Exos 10E2400 P/N: ST1200MM0009 or not?
I appreciate your consultation.
I look forward to your reply.

Likely it is not supported.
Can confirm easily by contacting Ace directly over the phone.
The question is: why do you need to buy PC3000SAS?
What is the problem exactly? And what city are the drives located in?

As per the link I've provided above,
We support all Seagate SCSI/SAS HDDs. If you can’t find appropriate family you can select “Other SAS” or “Other SCSI” menu item. Utility detect techno key automatically and load default modules table.
however I've not tested this specific drive to be able to confirm that you will be able to pass techno mode and read modules, if that's what you're after.
We have PC3000 SAS and can test this drive for you, if you want.

thanks, Can you please describe how to restore a full resource backup from one SAS disk to another with the same model?
I have created Resource Backup from the SAS drive, but I can not find Restore item in the menus

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve, but you can write modules through Work with Service Area > Write modules.

With respect, you do realise that if you simply “restore” the fw backup from one drive to another, the drive won’t work?
