Unlock "Diagnostic Port Locked"

Hi,
Is it possible to unlock Seagate SAS ST1200MM0009 drives terminal "Diagnostic Port Locked"?
It is F3 Arch.
If anyone know any way to unlock it, plz reply or PM me,

Tools like PC-3000, DFL and MRT can unlock it. I do it with just a few clicks in PC-3000 every day. But those are professional tools that will cost you more than just paying for recovery from a lab. Besides, even if you do unlock it, that doesn't mean you'll be able to solve whatever the real problem is.

I am not sure mentioned disk been supported by pc3k/dfl/mrt etc

data-medics: that drive is SAS... i doubt there is support for it in commercial tools... (+1 for Vlad)

You're right, I didn't actually pay attention to the model. I've never even had a reason to TTL to an SAS drive, forgot those even had one actually.
Most likely if the drive isn't working, it's just destroyed platters.

Hi everyone,
Somebody can patch for me this Seagate rom? Seagate ST3000DM001-1ER166 FW.CC25 have a firmware lock and Terminal commands can not be executed, indicating Diagnostic Port Locked.

The DDL article "How To Recover Seagate F3 Terminal Locked Hard Drives" claims that you could get a single-boot unlock from shorting, but all I could find are shorting instructions involving the boot mode (covered much better in, e.g.
https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?t=39127). Welp, at least there are dubious traders around where I am who take in locked ROMs and feed them to the magical commerical ROM-patchers...
