Hi, drive is ST3500841AS but probably other models share same FW Rom. Customer decided to dismount ROM chip without a solder... result = chip damaged.

It could... but I'm not lucky. I downloaded that zip file but inside is empty. Nothing. I asked them if it is an error but no reply at the moment.
