After heads change drive spinning but not detection

Hey everyone I have been working on this drive seagate rosewood 2tb from Patient heads I have taken all 3 heads image and after that I changed heads with matching donor drive after this is the error coming now and no terminal access
Can any1 help me ?

I think your donor is not match or some thing wrong happen while swapping . is your donor same Fw ,Model and pcb number ?

It does not need to be same pcb number, and can be different model too, but there are some other factors that affect compatibility.
We still don't know if ROM is native...

yes , but i have question here about the the match donor in rosewood . i can't find certain role to match

They need some tuning occasionally.
