I've patient - WD20EARX-00PASB0. The H0 head is damaged due to the damaged surface. Can I hot swap in such a situation? How to read the SA modules from the patient needed for a hot swap? |

Try accessing H1 SA. If all goes well, you may simply do a HM in ram and have it detected without a need of transplant or swap. To do HM for such a drive is a generic procedure/protocol(unless you know how to figure that out ). -- |
