Hi, the performance of my hdd is extremely low, and according to several softwares the Smart is excellent, it does not have physical damage either. So I think it could be a firmware error, but I couldn't find the correct firmware anywhere I will appreciate any help or advice you can give me. The serial number is Z1DCPES6. Thanks!

Nope, firmware will not solve it. With what did you tested it? |
