Hello guys hope you can help me my hard drive where I install my PC-3000 software got corrupted and I was trying to reinstall my PC-3000 on a new drive but when i try to reinstall it i got a pop-up error saying "instalation is not compatible with your PC-3000 hardware".

does anyone can help me with this

Maybe you are not using the right software for your tool,
UDMA is one thing, PCI-E is another.

Im using the software include in the box the serial on the disk software and the tool is match

Im using the same computer just different Hdd,Software that came from the box, my pc detected my pc3000 just like in manual still getting this error

Contact the support, they will assist you

Either try support as suggested or try downloading a new installation file from your personal file area. The correct keys and software will be in there.

I just want to know whether PC3000 UDMA utility and data extractor software are same for both UDMA and express version.
I could not see power monitor option in udma but is in express.
anyone pls. help.

No Power monitor & only 2 channels - not aware of any differences in the functionality of the software though (UDMA or DE) .
