Does anyone know the configuration of the PC-3000 in this video?

That's my model drive, and it appears to have the same firmware corruption issue as mine. I'm attempting to get quotes from various data recovery companies, and, I'd like to be able to confirm that they have the right configuration of the equipment.

Any PC-3000 with SSD addon will be able to handle this case. It´s more a matter of skills

Your issue might be that just because you ask the question and get a positive answer, the data recovery company may not actually have PC-3000 with SSD add-on. Check their reviews and see how ethical the company is.
