Since russia is out of global banking system and the will not be able to accept euro /dollor is there any india specific price change ?

I'm pretty sure Ace's headquarters is now in Prague, not Russia. I'd bet they still have employees over there, but I think their banking is safely in the EU.

But for TS payment, only for the Russian bank.
Prague accepts payments for purchase of tools.

Well,
i have My TS Renew Pending For PC 3000 Flash ,They said they will not accept credit card payments and will only take Bank wire transfers
