It means that the drive is trying to access a sector and aborts.
To fix it, you need to find out why it aborts.
To find out why it aborts, first provide us with terminal output.

Your drive has head failure.
1. It clicks and shuts down - head failure
2. Its not reading the SA - head failure
3. Its reporting 4GB which is just from the PCB - head failure.

Moreover, it is Bacall family, so need to unlock it to be able to access firmware or anything.
But in the current state unlocking does not take you anywhere, you need to treat the head failure first of all.
As the others, i would also welcome a terminal log.
BTW, if you are new to DR and pc3k, read the docs and try to understand how things work, preferably get familiar with your tool testing working drives.
Just my 2 cents...

+1 to all above comments.
Plus, I would first check if PCB is native.
DO NOT power up the drive anymore.
And, the drive needs to be opened in a Clean Room and inspected for MD.
If I remember right, Bacalls are prone to taking platters with them when heads die.

...and heads may die of ramp breakage, which is quite frequent....
so there's a few things to check

Indeed, we see a lot ramp damage on those drives.
We are also seeing a lot of head stops being damaged in the Spyglass family.
Just that tiny bit that juts out of the side breaks off after a fall.
It's very hard to notice until your donor heads drop off the back of the ramp.
