ST5000LM000 problem to apply patch

How is everyone?
This week I received a st5000lm000 with a somewhat peculiar pcb, when trying to read the rom to try to apply the patch I got the following error message “Boot Code: Can not get current address” as you can see in image 1.png. The device, without making any changes to it, gets ready, and I have access to the data area, and because I don't have the patch applied, I don't have access to the Service Area, which makes it impossible for me to do the head map of the hdd. I need to have the map of heads, because the HD has weak heads.
After this error I made a visual inspection of the pcb and when comparing this pcb with other hdd pcb's of the same model, I could see that the board did not present any type of inscription as can be seen in the image 2.jpg, the rom position differs from a board “standard” as well as the processor package differs from a “standard” board with a QFN package and that of this board is BGA as can be seen in image 3.jpg.
Faced with the impediment to apply the patch with the rom soldered on the board, unsolder the rom I read this in a rom reader and the generated file made pc3k apply the patch, during the patching process several times in the log the messages “Warning ! Segment whole space check sum is invalid!” “Warning! Segment used space check sum is invalid!”, despite the error pc3k performed the patch, as you can see in image 4.png, the rom image with the patch applied I wrote it in the rom and soldered it again in the pcb. I didn't get any positive results because the disc turns on the motor, but at no time is it ready.
And the 5.jpg image is a photo of the client disk.
Has anyone had a similar experience
Thanks Very Much, My Best Regards
