This Seagate pharaoh _Oasis ST 1000DM10 /CC46 is certified refurbished & is getting busy continuously .When Initially powered while entering utility it gives short error for a moment . Though I have been able to read rom it has not getting written with ROM.bin name but with its serial no also (ROM_ZN1TQ7XV_D6132ED5). Unfortunately I don't have donor pcb 100849237 Rev B (I have 230 Rev A)
Is this PCB related issue or something is wrong in rom? I get sector access but disk becomes busy every now & then.I can't create headmap as well.Whenever any command is issued disk becomes busy.

To begin with arrange compatible donor pcb and write rom and check disk behaviour .If same symtoms persists then rom is to blame.

I cant access any system files & Now I am getting message dignostics port locked.
I think something is wrong in rom.

Are you sure you read ROM correct ?
You have warning in log that soft cant control COM port levels.

I have recently brought new usb 3.0 terminal adapter as original ace usb2.0 was giving errors ,but still this error has remained.
I have been able to read rom correctly despite error. Only for this case I am unable to read rom properly (may be issue is in rom itself)

Update to case -
One of community member has remotely checked & have corrected and patched rom in flat 2 min. Many thanks
Now drive stays busy & when after unlock handshake , it gives ID & access momentarily before going to busy state again.
What could be the reason ?

I still strongly suggest to arrange donor pcb & your case will be solved.

With the timely help of digisupport this case is closed successfully .There was no issue with rom ,pcb etc.
digisupport has perfectly identified exact technical issue which was fixed in less than 1 min.
