I have unlocked and cleared SMP flags of this Rosewood_A5 hard disk. But still while accessing MFT disk goes to bust state .
How can I further work on this drive to make it smooth. Disk is having bitlocker encryption but customer does not know what is bitlocker .I am hopeful that this is windows default no key encryption which pc3K can handle.

With your log I would change heads, stop the drive from preforming stuff in background and maybe change TLER and retry. Add a digit to the price you offered, then client usually remembers what ms account the recovery key is stored in.

Thanks a lot.
Yes client has provided bitlocker keys. Unfortunately I can work on firmware / pc3K level only I don't have clean room & skillsets. If heads are weak and is root cause then possibly I will not be able to recover data.
But I can disable background stuff ,can you pls. guide for the same ? I will give it a try.
, I don't know TLER either.
