Disk -- ST1000LM035 /SDM2

I am unable to stop background scanning in SYS_03_93_00 when I try to write file I get error
While I have been able to edit hdd ID & I have modified it.
I have tried Terminal ,Direct & Indirect writting but each give different errors .I can't read sys files as well. I get LED error
head resistance is as following -
Head 00 Resistance 0239
Head 01 Resistance 01A7

I want to know whether this is head related issue or SA issue.

Thanks I have fixed corrupt file and have stopped background scanning.
But still getting read errors due to TEC sectors. How to deal with them. Also I want to confirm SMP modifications are correct are not.

Put lower timeouts so that they will just report bad. Play with AFH or change heads to get those sectors read.

Thanks changing heads and lower timeout worked magically 100 % Data recovered despite TEC. :-D
