ST4000DX001 Cutting Head From HSA?

Hey Guys,
I have a drive here (ST4000DX001) that is clicking. I inspected the 8 heads under a microscope and the last one has platter dust on it.
Is it possible to modify a new head stack by cutting off that last head, and recovering partial data?
I have PC3K portable. I am just not sure if it is possible, and what the procedures are if it is possible.
