Can you guys pinpoint me what components to remove. I see 4 resistors. Where is the oscillator?

Leave the crystal alone if you are going to remove the capacitors (not "resistors"). Clearly you have no idea what you are doing or why you are doing it, so perhaps it would be best to outsource this job. Otherwise ...
