Guys what could be the reason for this drive to show 0 mb.

Its spinning normally without clocking.Is there any known FW issue with this family

Thanks Dear , I haven't done anything so far as I don't want top take chances with crucial client data.

While disk stays busy and when I re read ID it gets initialized , I could read system files.
