Post subject:  Software can`t control COM port signal level for this USB/CO

Hi guys,

I recently upgraded my OS to Win 10 Pro. Now when I try to work on a Seagate cases I am not able to change Terminal : error detecting HDD terminal baud rate. and it shows even in solved cases it doesn't ID any Seagate drives, I tried to change the cable but still Noting I read on another post that i might need Terminal 3.
Here is A terminal message. Please any suggestions would help

I would think that your adaptor controls the I/O voltage levels by way of specially configured GPIO pins on the bridge IC. You would need a custom driver that is aware of these GPIOs. Perhaps you need to install Ace's COM port driver, assuming I'm correct?

Thanks fzabkar for pointing out real cause of this error. I have brought MRT adapter for my PC3K as ace adapter was 3 times costly. I will experiment with different drivers (manufacture of IC & ACE version)

Yes fzabkar though It looks same I have not brought it from MRT officially , but from other seller I get same error in pc3k udma
