Hello everyone,
I tried to recover 2.5 western digital Drive, Model number WD20SPZX, When I try to access the files in DE, there is no user data available. I perform T2 recovery and backup modules and SA, The sectors look good on sector edit, also module 01A Error occurred. Could you please advise.
Thanks.

If sectors look ok, what is the problem for which you need advice?

The drive was blocked from access to SA by default?
Can you post a screenshot of the T2 reading?
How many percent does the tool say is filled with zeros after T2 reading?

Hi pepe, appreciate the response. The problem is I'm getting an error entering DE and no access to client's data. I have attached the screen shots of the errors. Sectors are read using utility.

VSC_UNSUP_ACTION_CODE occurs when ovl is not loaded, so i suppose the drive restarted coz of some error and stayed without ovl. what does status sector say?
