Hello everyone, I Received Samsung spin point drive, So in PC300k it gets to DRD DSC, Keeps spinning but when i tried to access the sectors it shows error, I attached the screenshot, please advise.

hi Amarbir, I checked the connection in other drives, and they worked well, but this drive gets to utility in Samsung family, any advise please?

Sadly I don't know the Voltage, but when I tried to access the family automatically, it detected in Samsung spin point family, I used Seagate terminal adaptor, I attached the screenshot if it helps, thank you for your support guys

Try your Samsung adaptor instead of the Seagate one. The drive you are using is a Samsung with a Seagate badge.

Doesn't "healing" suggest that the drive is having trouble reading the SA? Would a resource dump or SMART report reveal anything?

that msg is pretty much usual as far as i recall.
Smart report would be definitely useful, but in the initial post we see the drive goes bsy, i wonder if it stays like that forever or gets ready after some time and mainly, WHAT'S ON TERMINAL in the meantime.

Here are all the terminal report, resource dump or SMART report doesn't reveal anything, it stays ready after some time after traying to read the sectors. So is there any chance to get the user data on this case?
