About Seagate Rosewood smr..

I've studied loadwood or smr storage.
I even understood storing data on a platter like a roof.
So to restore the translator, if you back up the system 1b 28 35 93 and remove the g-list and recreate the translator, the translator will be restored. If you overwrite the g-list module where it was restored, can you save the g-list partial data? Or is it impossible to recover? I just don't understand this part. Is there a way to understand?
