locked firmware? Check in terminal if does accept commands. If fw is locked, when you send commands on terminal, it will respond "locked" |

you can send commands also if is locked, but if is locked it returns "locked". For example, you can check if P-list is available with command V10 in level T if fw is not locked. Does it show P-list log in terminal if you send V10 command? |

I get DiagError for both V10 & V40 commands.

Switch the power without turning off the terminal. Then press Ctrl Z and Ctrl X. This log will be more informative. Apparently (5104), not everything is read in the CA |
