Rosewood AF5 unlocking error

Hello friends.
I have this critical rosewood disk. I tried to patch but something went wrong and disk lost detection.
I have somehow restored original rom with great efforts as even that was difficult
I am unable to know what is wrong with disk. I tried DE without patching disk gives sector access but becomes busy afterwards (may be one of the head is weak or failed)
can someone pls. suggest rightful action as I am bit skeptical about next steps.
