Post subject:  Seagate bad sectors repair

let's say we have a seagate with many bad sectors( to many for logical scan). how can we repair such a drive without self scan?
i know that T8 command in terminal, format the drive butt the bad sectors found goes to alt list. anyone knows another command Tx or a combination of test to format the drive and hide the defects found to user track list(plist)?
thanks
