Hello,
I have a ST3250823A drive with many bad bloc on one head.
I want to copy this drive under Data Extractor with map creating for disconnect this head.
I have this message : "Invalid CERT Disk code"
I use PC3000 UDMA Seagate Utilities for verify and I have the same message when I want to load CERT.
At this moment I can read sector on drive !
After I switch HDD to ATA mode (age=50) drive not ready and I have this message :
Not interface Age !
INVALID Cert Disk code - ROM resident Revision required : 3.03
Command Inactive - No valid Cert code Detected
T>
How can I restore sector access
Thanks
