RDX and RDY are signals from preamp. Wires with these signals connected to R/W chip
Usually you supposed to connect probe to RDX and RDY signals to messed up data from SA and prevent HDD to read password
How probe should work: because you cannot just cut off all data from preamp (drive will shut down R/W system and you will not be able to work with SA after) the probe is constructed as a filter. This filer supposed to pass through low-frequency servo-signals and cut off high-frequency SA data
That means you need unique probe/filter for each type of preamp and R/W channel. As I know AceTeam didn't create probes for new IBM/Hitachi drives, so that could be a loooong love with a new drive
Enjoy :)

Anyone knows the probe position for HTS721 P-ATA?

I need to unlock HTS721060G9AT00 using PC3000PCI original (not UDMA).
