Bad sectors should still allow for recovery of data if data is important. If you want to repair the disk for use again, it will simply fail again soon enough. My advice is to replace not repair.

Thank you for your answer. But I still want to know how to connect the toshiba drive to pc3000 card. As I connect it, it always show a wrong signal. Someone tell me the jumper was not set correctly. So what's your opinion? thank you again!

From the menu select Tools -> Cable Select Control -> ATA0/1 - depending which channel your toshiba is connected to.

By default some Toshibas are set as Cable Select rather than master, this option allows access to these toshibas.

This is in the manual, and Toshiba is the smallest section. Im surprised you have not read this yourself.

You can't repair using the serial port. It's just a debugger

Unluckily there's little or no info on Toshiba drives. I am still working on them...
