I came across the same article a few weeks ago and have started digging in. There are also a few more articles out there on the net that go into some more details about this. Basically what I mentioned about the read channel thing 8). Did you find out anything else about the other thing? 8) My biggest problem is pinouts, schematics, etc.. for the read channels. (besides the one or two provided by ace). Any one interrested in shareing theories, research and or colaborating on this please pm me :!:
