If you can not do search here on the forum to find the solution that has been posted time and time again then it is time to send or give it to someone who can do this work for you. If you read the forum before posting you would of found your answer to this problem. Just remember that this is not for a person who does not understand how to do this and you can do more damage to your drive in the end. You are better off to pay the small amount of money to a DR company who can do this work. Not always does this solution work and there are times that heads play a factor in this one.
