Hello, We are a Spanish company that we are starting in the world of data recovery and not long ago we bought the Salvation HDD Data Doctor for Seagate and Hitachi, for the moment we have not got a lot out but I guess we must pay longer.
Now we wanted to invest in some tools HDRC, like Platter Exchange... and before you give to us we would like to buy opinions about them.
Use someone who can tell us whether they are really useful?
Thank you very much.

Purchasing tools from HDRC was the worst decision we ever made in DR.

Do not invest in this one and also stay away from SD platter swap tools. You are better off to take the time and build your own tools to do this one with. You can take some old HDD and work on them and make a tool that can move your platters with easy and keep them aligned. Good luck but would not recommand you get them from HDRC sorry.
