So we are a data recovery company and we have a bunch of methods from software to multiple OS's and some Linux. But we are looking for a machine that can do both single and raid(typically 4 or 5 drives max). We use all the software stuff but we are looking to speed up the process. We use 0n-t-r-a-c-k and they reconstruct raids overnight and the data is back fast. we want there speed.
Also we wanted to know of a superfast way to get the recovered data off our NAS unit so once we recover it... It doesn't take forever to get it back off onto a drive.
Any Idea's?

It's not the tool it's the knowledge. DR-Kiev makes magic with winhex, a hex editor.

interesting. I just downloaded the software. Is there a manual. The product description looks great but that program is going to take a little getting use to.
any quick training you can offer.

I find it strange that you are a data recovery company offering professional recovery services but have never heard of Winhex....
