If you are asking how to reprogram the serial flash memory chip that you see on most HDD PCBs, then here is one way:
read-write-serial-flash-wdc-logic-boards-t7192.html

Alternatively, there is PonyProg freeware, but you will need to construct a simple interface circuit:
http://www.lancos.com/prog.html

Be aware that the bulk of the drive's firmware is stored in a hidden System Area on the platters:

Kalimuthu should read carefully, not easy for a beginner who want to update HDD firmware.

HDD are not cell phones. If yuo do this you can destroy your drive. Plus why do you want to do this?
