both ic/chips have 2mb data
the rom have 2 copies ?? or
one chip/ic have 1mb data
when we read rom via mrt shows 2mb.

You need to swap the CS* pins so that ROM1 becomes ROM2 and ROM2 becomes ROM1. However, it's not clear to me which trace is CS*. You'll need to do some investigative work.

Two ROMs have seven contacts connected to each other, they need to be found. One contact will remain, the first one.
