Hi all,
We have a IC25N040ATMR04-0, the media spins up o.k and after longer than usual (1 minute) access to the SA is available after loading a suitable off-line module, the analysis showed all copy 1 damage, so after backing up all modules we tried to repair some minor copy 1 modules first.
After doing this the corresponding copy 0 module then became corrupted and would not read.
Whichever module is written to is repaired, however the second copy becomes corrupt?, this applies to any module.
When the drive has all copy o.k., it can be accessed, albeit very slowly and with lots of UNC ERR.
HSA, firmware or both, any ideas?

you should try the both mate.
I think that will benefit us.
