Hard Disk's File Record Corrupted

September 21st, 2008, 5:16

Hey there. I have a Seagate 160GB IDE Hard Disk set as slave in my computer.

When I try to access it, Windows tells me that "File or Directory is corrupted and unreadable".

So I tried Acronis Disk Director and it told me " File system error - File record corrupted".

I really need to recover some important files from this hard disk. Can somebody please tell me how I can do it.

Please help me!!!!!
