I don't agree with that! This claim is as good as the argument as with the ACE vs SALVATION
I don't know, from the pictures I've seen it looks almost exactly the same visually, while ACE and Salvation are intended to perform the same task but are markedly different in execution.

head change tools
We should answer or not???
As we already develop our first Read Write Head tools and more tools before TEN years back to do physical data recover for St 3541a and lower versions includes to establish our own clean room to cater our own physical data recovery requirements … as we do data recovery since 1992 as per internet please check our presence at who.is for
http://www.hdrconline .com since 2001 as and after receive more than 50000 hard drives including more than 15000 different donors as per our stock( including the hard drive ST225, uptill 2 TB) we are having the read write head tools for our own automation purpose to do physical data recovery for Seagate ,Samsung,Maxtor,Westorn Digital for Desktop and laptop both and many more …whatever you publish till date …but we only publish some of the tools as being a Hobbyist only …as many other data recovery companies didn’t publish there own resources till date …as they make there own tools to cater there own requirements or they have to publish ????….
…as we do data recovery and having our own tool room (having Lathe m/c, milling m/c, molding m/c, ,surface grinder EDM m/c and many more with compatible engg..)to cater our own physical data recovery requirements as want to do work as HOBBYST only for the physical data recovery tools and as and after production to cater rest of the world … as we get 30% more success rate in lieu of alloy /DELRIN…
ONLY as a HOBBYST …

Dear Sir..
Please check the previous tools and archive at our website as more than that FOR INSTANSE…as this forum is not a sales pitch …and definitely we honor this forum and as we work as a hobbyist only …not more than that.. As after production and having lower cost of our tools and successful results.. as We sale the products after production at NO PROFIT AND NO LOSSES BASES .. ..

We all know there are two kinds of people, those whonwill spend the money to buy a quality tool that we know works and those who want the cheap.
Helpdisc makes top end tools so they are expensive, if you are serious about your job and don't want to make your own you will buy them
If you want cheap tools you will buy hdrc as you want to keep costs down
I don't believe that hdrc could pose a threat to the sales of help disc as people who buy hdrc won't necessarily want to spend the money for a quality tool

Dear Friend,
You are absolutely right there are two kinds of people but we have to think as a Hobbyist and not more than that …as we all are with more than 144 countries ,may be 20 to 30 countries having data recovery companies /forensic institutions can purchase the tools at higher prices but we have to think rest of the world as they are having the lower GDP and having Data recovery companies …are the data is not important of rest of the world??? or for small data recovery companies as they want to do data recovery or are they not permissible ??? ..or the tools are crap and cheap to sale at lower prices or if we sale our products at much more higher prices.. are we much more prestigious and honorable???? But we don’t want …
As this a technical forum not a sales pitch and we regard for the technical answers.. as a top end /quality tool as per our automation work more than one and a half year back ..we use alloy/s.s . Sleeves but as per our own crash /fallen/burn/flooded hard drives as the inside air borne particles with the same family/alloy damage the platter /read write area.. so after this we use Delrin …and getting more than 30% success rate in lieu of alloy /s.s ..
As if we want to take a glass of water may be we can use alloy/glass/delrin.. as the thoughts are different as per the physical data recovery requirement ..May be the prices/process are differ including the labor cost…
We are not any threat but being as a thread…
Best Regards

Don't blame me, blame yourself and the cheaper than China low standards you abide by. The person in charge of quality control should be hung. A little bit of quality can go a long way. Bitching in the forums probably doesn't look very good for the company.

Maybe he wants to combine those 2 books together and teach others on how to invest your time and money to F..k people for their money.
hdrc wrote:You are absolutely right there are two kinds of people but we have to think as a Hobbyist and not more than that
Hobbyist = amateur, or distinct from professional.
He clearly states that their tools are designed for Hobbyist or amateur people.
Its just a good scam.

You guys (helpdisc & hdrc) might have the good/best professional tool on offer..... but..
Your attitudes in the public forum totally stink and are quite childish! It makes people re-think who they are dealing with!!!
Grow up. Perhaps both of you should purchase the DUMMY GUIDE book on PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR for company/business owners.
