I have made 2 MHDD test on my HD but I don't know how interpret these results...

Resultat1 & Resultat2

For you, these are good or not?

Seems normal to me.
If you want to be sure you can let MHDD do some loop tests (e.g. 24 hours)

You have some unstable sectors.
You should try to remap them, if don't need data of course.
