Vertical Laminar Air Flow cabinets are designed for wide range of applications in the Biotechnology, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, Microbiology, Industrial Area, Electronics (HARD DRIVE), where product protection from Air Bone contaminants are required.

Constructions :
The units are constructed of heavy duty laminated (HPL sheet) to multiplex wood.
This design provides high mechanical and chemical resistance, reduce noise level, reduced vibration and structural strength.
The head section incorporates fluorescent lamp, Ultra Violet (UV) lamp and front mounted control panel includes : switch lamp, switch fans, differential pressure for control HEPA filter and stainless steel work surfaces with circulating holes, swing doors, with handle made of acrylic sheet can be opened and close anytime.

Filtration's :
Each units have a high efficiency particulate (HEPA) filters have efficiency of 99.9% againts all particles to 0.3um. And the main filter is protected by pre-filter.

With 4 models : 60cm , 90cm, 120cm and 150cm in length

Tried to get company info out of internet - Data is locked - not retrievable.

Got this morning a spam = unrequested offer with above advertisement
where from do they have the email address?

There is no company information neither on the email nor within the website

As per my experience and as you sale the Vertical Air Flow Bench I didnt saw at this Data Recovery Industry or any where else as We use HORIZONTAL AIR FLOW not VERTICAL Air Flow so please dont misled or misguide or we are here with some more techy questions and answers..
I visit Penang Malasia to saw some renowened Hard Drive Manufacturing company,also one reserch institute as renowned only with hard drive research ,including i am also having some good experience with refurbuishing of Hard Drive so try to sell Horizontal Air flow bench as thats not the bio industry as we require HORIZONTAL air flow not Vertical..

Actually this is a homemade cabinet, we also can make the horizontal laminar air flow.

Yes you are right this sample of picture are for bio lab. For hard drive refurbish we adding 2 holes + 2 gloves in front of the cabinet to give your hand flexibility in work.

You also can come to our workshop if you are interest. If not, forget it.

As per your quote ,dont make your things in wood including with powder coated material as they visualy look good but for costel or near to sea and having humidity that become reverse effect for Hard Drive including /any Industry and for Horzontal Laminar flow bench we also cosider with the pressure of upcoming blower fan upwards with Hepa Filter including pre prefilter to protect for Hepa Filter as that pressure can damage the read write head so we are also consider the blower fan pressure ...to protect the read write head including protection of flying hight/gap ...
Regarding 2 holes and 2 gloves , as the Hard drive is having so many tiny parts including so much things including tiny parts to repair so thats not the good Idea ..so you should get some more experience to promote any thing including with replacement of hard drive internal parts ...always with you..

Obviously this has nothing to do with Ace, but where else did you get my direct email address to send me your bullshit about Aire BONE particles? Anybody serious about DR will buy a flow hood which is calibrated and from a reputable manufacturer and not some homemade box of crap.
