i had 500gb seagate harddisk it is not detecting in cmos but it spinning normally i changed hdd pcb with same make
but it started some clicking sound and also showing 500gb capacity in device manager but it only show 7.8gb i also update firmware of hard disk can anyone have some suggession for that.

if i understand clearly, what you have done, than you have allready runined the chance for a cheap recovery. 
So, don't expect anyone can help you in this forum, i think....
