I just had a drive fail, i have 2 HD103SJ. I am going to replace the drive, but i now want to protect my data from future crashes. Which would be the best option, i have the ASUS P8H67-M EVO which has Intel Rapid Storage Technology Support RAID 0,1,5,10.

I can either by 2 more terras, or a single 2tb. My current setup is 2 HD103SJ with 2 partitions on each drive for a total of 4. I have win xp on a drive, and win 7 on the other drive.

I would go with RAID1 w/ a dedicated RAID card.

greater security is guaranteed with RAID 5, but you need at list 4 hdd.
With this configuration if 1 disk fail the raid remain online and you cold replace the disk without data loss.
I recommend using a dedicated RAID card
