Hello, I have an Acer Aspire 5710 forgot my hdd password (its locked). The locked by ATA password. My hard drive:
Hitachi HTS541616J9S-(Pm).
SN :SB2441SJCZDH6E
The capacity 160GB .When Iwas started my camputer give me two messges
1- Enter Secondary Master password Hdd Error Code is 12713 and other messge is
System disbled Hdd Erro Code is 23130
The Security Status shown in HDAT2 is enabled/Locked/High
Master Password Revision Code = FFFEh
Ineed software to slove this problems.
What software do I have to use in hiren boot cd please !!
I have Hiren Boot CD 9.4 and 15.1
And explain this software with picture
Plese help me

If not, and if the master password is set to default, then it may be possible to Secure Erase the drive:
