Hi, the performance of my hdd is extremely low, and according to several softwares the Smart is excellent, it does not have physical damage either.
So I think it could be a firmware error, but I couldn't find the correct firmware anywhere
I will appreciate any help or advice you can give me.
El numero de serie es Z1DCPES6.
Thanks!

No.
HDDs don't work like mobile phones where you can just update them.
DO NOT UPDATE YOUR DRIVE'S FIRMWARE. Chances are you will brick it for good.
If data is important ---> Consult a professional.
If data is not important ---> Show us terminal output.

How are you quantifying performance? What SMART tools did you use?
Your HDD is over 7 years old. Not worth the time investment.
