CEO of one of my corporate customer is using Microsoft Surface Pro 8 & Surface Studio , OS is windows 11.
When windows defender starts scanning it restarts tab and starts scanning . On surface Pro 8 it use to take Bitlocker key automatically .But now it is asking to enter key . Customer has escalated it to surface support but they say that it should not happen and are unable to help further.
Is there anyone familiar with Surface , windows 11 and Bitlocker auto unlock settings ? I have searched internet for solution but do not want to take any chances with this high value customer as single mistake may make things worse.
