Is there any solution for "Medusalocker " variant ? Files are encrypted with ".allock10" extension

Seems to be no decryptor for it.
If you share some larger JPEGs or MP4, it may be possible to determine IF entire file is encrypted and IF partial repair is possible.
It's always worth RAW scan the patient (or better an image of it), under ideal circumstances people have been able to recover small percentage of files this way.

Customer has given xls and mdf files but I will get jpg as well.
Yes in case of partial encryption fragmented data can get recovered.
