Wanted Logic board for Maxtor ST3320820A

Hi

A chip has blown on the logic board of my 320G IDE Maxtor hard disk. Does anyone have one of these i can buy/borrow with the following details:

DiamondMax 21
S/N: 9RV031TY
P/N: 9DP03G - 326
Firmware: 3.AAE
Date Code: 07274 Site Code: TK

Also if anyone can give me advice on which numbers from above have to match.

I was told the 2nd & 3rd number of the serial number were important, but they are letters??!?
