Need WD1600BB-00GUA0 DCM: DSBHCTJAH PCB: 2061-001266-100 AC

I have changed the pcb with this one :

WD1600BB-00GUA0 DCM: DSCHNTJAH PCB: 2061-001265-200 AK

I made some irreparable mistake?
because i searched for a drive with only this spec : WD1600BB-00GUA0 without worryng about DCM and number on the pcb ??
The hd now awake , but the system operator not recognize it ... before changing the pcb the hd not awake , did nothing

I have still the chance to recover my data ??? ( all digital photos from 2000 until the last summer !!!!!!!! ( )

before changing the pcb , no sign ... the drive do nothing ...

now with the "new" pcb it start , xp recognise it with " Found 160WD Drive ecc ecc " .. but i cannot see in the drive list ... and also with partition magic i cannot see it ....

hi,
first are sure is same PCB?
second have you change ROM chip? it position is U12. it should be 8 pin chip. you can find out locate repair to swap it if you can't handle it. that drive will be fine if just PCB problem.
