My clean room tells me that they need a WD5000BEVT-xxZAT0 drive in good condition with a date code of 05 OCT 2008. If not that exact date then some time within that week.

The DCM is HBCVJBBB VJ is the important part of the DCM in this case, but the date being very close to 05 OCT 2008 is much more important in this situation.
