Need PCB ST9120821AS FW 7.01 loc: WU

Anyone have this board??

If not the FW 7.24 from the same location seems to be widely available -- what would be the likelihood of getting ANY data off a good platter with a FW 7.24 PCB after transplanting the eeprom from the bad 7.01?

Oh and its not the TVS diode -- its something else more... esoteric that I can't find with a multimeter....
